Project Summary
The Meadows community consists of 2,700 acres which will have in excess of 4,000 homes with 345 acres of commercial / retail uses and 270 acres of mixed uses in the Town Center. Planning of the project took many twists and turns as the site evolved to what is seen on the ground today. Sanitary sewer infrastructure included a pump station located near Plum Creek, major waterlines to service the area, and a combination of public and private streets were also designed.

In 2005, the commercial ground kicked off with the first (1st) movie theater in Castle Rock. Another significant development occurred in 2011 with the construction of the Castle Rock Adventist Medical Center.
