Services Provided: Roth Lang provided assistance (graphics) as needed to secure low income tax credits, entitlement assistance, and full civil construction documents for a 70 unit affordable housing rental project.  Services also included: demolition plans, detailed grading, land fill mapping, parking lot layout and design, building siting, utility extensions, and storm water management including detention and water quality ponds.

Project Summary: The project was part of the redevelopment of a former steel factory. This component was for the creation of a low income apartment building. The project included attendance and presentation at all public hearings and council meetings.
