Project Summary: RLEG assisted with the entitlement process, including leading the process for right of way vacation of two alleys and provided phased design of civil infrastructure including sanitary sewer and water mainlines to allow for the development of the parcel. Project included underground detention and water quality and coordination with concurrent offsite development.
