Project Summary

The Taft House is the second (2nd) recreation and swimming facility for The Meadows Community located in Castle Rock, Colorado. It was named after former President William Taft, due to his association with not only Castle Rock, but also The Meadows land.

The center has amenities such as a fire pit for nighttime relaxation, a sand volleyball court, a splash pool, and a climbing wall. The site was designed to include future expansion as needed.

The surrounding public streets were designed with sewer, water and storm drainage, along with parallel parking with curb extensions to moderate traffic speeds.
