Services Provided: Site Design, Planning and Entitlement Assistance, Full Civil Design including design of parking lots, outdoor storage spaces, storm drainage systems, parking lots, utilities, detailed and over lot grading.

Project Summary: This large industrial development included the requirement of full perimeter access by (WB-67) semi-trucks including access to loading docks on both buildings.  The project had preexisting utilities crossing the project causing obstructions to the typical underground layout and convenance solutions for the wet utilities, requiring creative collaborated solutions with the governing agency and other utility providers.  The project provided ample outdoor storage for the tenants.
