Services Provided: RLEG provided entitlement assistance and full-service civil engineering through the course of the project. Design included coordination with CDOT and all City agencies.  Redesign of alley and other public right of way frontages, storm water management including underground detention/ water quality vault, detailed grading and utility design.

Project Summary: The Project was a new multi-family housing community on Colfax Avenue at the gateway to downtown Denver.  This infill development required coordination with state and city personnel for this new ultra urban development.
