Location:10^th Street and Osage St. Light Rail Station– Denver

Services Provided: Entitlement assistance, Site Design, grading, , storm drain system & erosion control.

Project Summary: Roth Lang worked with the RTD staff and the City and County of Denver to improve the light rail station to provide access to a new office/ retail building.  Notable project requirements: ADA compliant circulation, maintenance of the primary pedestrian light rail access and function and creation of passive and active recreation uses.
