Services Provided: Planning and entitlement documents, Construction Documents including Parking lot layout, building siting, Grading plans, Regional Detention Pond modifications, public and private roadway extensions, widening and improvements, roundabout design, paving plans, water and sewer line extensions, utilities, ADA circulation conformance, and storm sewer conveyance and management plans.

Project Summary: RLEG assisted with the Site Plan and Platting process for a multi-tenant shopping center with 252 parking stalls five buildings, including one with a drive through and many with patios and pedestrian amenity areas.  The project required coordination with CDOT, a major high pressure gas line through the site, water and wastewater district and dry utility coordination.  Design included extensive water and sewer mainline extensions and all utility and stormwater management considerations.
