Entitlement Lead and civil design for a 14 acres single family detached residential development.  Services included roadway and lot layout, earthwork optimization, arterial roadway improvements, storm water management and detail lot grading.

Project Summary
This project was the final single family detached residences of the Pioneer Hills Subdivision.  The project located new homesites on a hillside and optimized views along with construction related costs such as earthwork and roadways.
