Services Provided: Roth Lang provided civil and entitlement services including parking lot redesign, fire and delivery truck access and patient drop-offs.  Utilities, storm water management and public right of way improvements including roadway and sidewalk.

Project Summary: The project included the infill addition of a new medical office building connecting two existing medical office buildings as a part of the Swedish Hospital campus.  Additionally, this project provided for improved patient drop off and service vehicle circulation.
