Services Provided: We provided rezoning assistance, site planning assistance and entitlement assistance.  In addition, we proved full civil engineering solutions including regional sanitary sewer analysis, extensive public and private roadway extensions and modifications, a regional trail extension, storm water management including three detention facilities and utility design.

Project Summary: The project was a conversion of an existing industrial site to multi-family housing.  The land had to be rezoned to allow for this and then fully entitled through the city process.  Project required coordination with CDOT and RTD as they had adjacent or onsite interests.  Project solutions included underground parking lot detention and analysis and design of an undersized utility system.
