Project Summary
The Meadows community consists of 2,700 acres which will have in excess of 4,000 homes with 345 acres of commercial / retail uses and 270 acres of mixed uses in the Town Center. Planning of the project took many twists and turns as the site evolved to what is seen on the ground today. Sanitary sewer infrastructure included a pump station located near Plum Creek, major waterlines to service the area and a combination of public and private streets were designed.
The commercial ground kicked off with the 1st movie theater in Castle Rock in 2005. Another significant development occurred in 2011 with the construction of the Castle Rock Adventist Medical Center.
