Project Summary
The Tallman Subdivision is a large lot community estate property. The project stretches over Tallman Gulch with 3 ~ 96” diameter drainage pipes, has 9 detention ponds onsite and the best views west towards the Rocky Mountains.
We had to process design plan approval through the Army Corp of Engineers, Urban Drainage, Douglas County and Parker Water & Sanitation District.
