Project Summary
Parker Station entailed the creation of a mixed-use office complex located along Main Street in downtown Parker. The building consists of first floor retail space with office suites on the second and third stories.
This project started the revitalization of downtown Parker and spurred redevelopment of the adjacent park, street improvements along Main Street and additional businesses within walking distance.
