Project Summary
Modera Cap Hill Apartments: This high-rise apartment development is located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, CO. The building is eight stories of high end apartments, amenities and parking. Notable project requirements: sanitary sewer analysis of approximately 12 square blocks of existing City development and an underground water quality / detention pond.
