Project Summary
Located in Parker, Horse Creek subdivision now provides homes to 450 families that enjoy the park amenities and easy access to I-25 and nearby schools. Chambers Road bisected the project which provided unique challenges due to Douglas County being responsible for that design. Close coordination with the County and their consultants was instrumental to meet the developer’s schedules.
