Project Summary
The Home Depot site designs often were unique situations sometimes providing underground detention storage or demolition of an existing building within a mall complex, then constructing a new store within the confines of the existing buildings immediately adjacent, or designing at an EPA Superfund site which included close coordination with the environmental consultants for clean corridors for underground utilities. Other times they would take down larger acreages which created additional pad sites to sell off while the civil engineering design involved forward-thinking for planning of utilities, grading and access for future users.
