Project Summary
Children’s Learning Adventure is a premier daycare facility for infants all the way up to Kindergarten. They moved into the Denver metropolitan region in 2013 in three locations. The buildings consisted of either a 25,000 sft or a 33,000 sft facility.

Each location provided its own unique design challenges such as working with adjacent developers to ensure a seamless transitions between projects or creating a 3-tiered wall system due to extreme grading challenges.
