Project Summary
This three building development spans three city blocks in the Lower Highlands neighborhood of Denver, CO. The buildings are between three and five stories, with the largest having a large amenity space on the 2nd level, overlooking downtown Denver. Notable project requirements: public roadway widenings and improvements, three underground water quality / detention ponds, alley vacations and right of way dedications, four blocks of water mainline line extension.
